Hungarian water expertise comes to Kenya

Maji ni suluhisho! Hungarian irrigation experts were meeting FAO and Kenyan officials on the 9th of July 2018 to devise plans for small-scale farm irrigation solutions in Kenya. The water engineers visited ongoing and planned projects in Meru, Taita-Taveta, Mombasa and Makueni counties to identify the sites for their pre-feasibility study, that will serve as a basis for Hungary’s ambitious agricultural capacity development project to be launched in the near future.

Hungary-Kenya economic cooperation agreement signed in Budapest

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó and Kenyan Foreign Minister Amina Mohamed concluded an agreement on economic and technical cooperation between Hungary and the Republic of Kenya in Budapest on Monday.
